Grateful

I couldn’t see what was in front of me.

Instead I went in search, beyond my reach.

A goal I did not know.

I tried and I tried, to make the pieces fit,

to bring together a missing part.

Until one morning, I woke up and breathed anew.

And realised.

I am enough.
