Anxiety

Anxiety grips you, latching on like a plague.

Spreading all over panic, disease.

Feeling unease, no easy solution.

Repetition, repeat panic attacks.

Hot, sweaty, clammy.

Tight chest, suffocation;

complete dislocation.

Invisible enemy.

This doesn’t define me;

or you.
