Wellness

Let it flow, your truth and your passion, delight.

Forgive quickly, being slow to anger, peace.

In times of trouble, be reassured, look up.

In times of joy, count your blessings, give thanks.

Life is a blessing, appreciate it all.

Compassion to all, is fair, live and let live.

Remove any judgment, it reflects on you.

Humble yourself, learn to tame ego and pride.

Don’t let jealousy, ruin you or your life.

Don’t dwell on the past or live in the future.

Love one another, in truth and honesty.

Eleventh Power is an invented stanzaic form introduced by Christina Jussaume who requests the subject be uplifting. The elements of the Eleventh Power are:

  • stanzaic, written in any number of 11 line stanzas.
  • syllabic, 11 syllables each, per line.
  • rhymed, rhyme scheme: abababccddd or ababababccc.

Endings

It no longer serves you,

close the door,

don’t look back.

Respect you,

say goodbye.

Life is short,

make it count.

Live each day,

yay the cliché;

like the last.

Make a stand,

speak your truth

with conviction.

Don’t even sweat

the reaction.

Done is done.

You have all the answers;

to all that troubles you,

you know what to do.

Don’t let fear mislead

your judgment.

Fear misguides,

disguises solutions.

You know for sure,

be still and know.
